On-site AI training for the people South Florida already employs

Two one-day, instructor-led courses for incumbent workers — built around measurable objectives, assessed completion, and the documents people actually handle in their jobs.

Where we stand.Amplified Workforce is a new training provider. We are not yet listed on Florida's Eligible Training Provider List and do not currently issue continuing education units. We welcome a conversation about how these courses could fit an employer's Incumbent Worker Training application, and we'll give straight answers about what we can and can't document.

Two courses, 7.0 contact hours each

Delivered in person at the employer's location. Full curricula — objectives, module detail, assessment instruments and completion criteria — are available to download.

Built to be documented

The things a training-fund reviewer needs to see are in the curriculum from the start, not added afterwards.

Measurable objectives

Every course states what participants will be able to do, in terms that can be observed and assessed — not topics covered.

Contact hours accounted

7.0 instructional hours per course, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with lunch and breaks excluded from the count.

Assessed completion

Practical demonstration plus a written check, scored against a rubric. Completion requires attendance, a passing score, and submitted work.

Rosters and certificates

Attendance and completion rosters go to the employer — and to the referring workforce board where applicable.

Delivered on site

At the employer's location, on participants' own workstations and real job documents, so skills transfer directly.

Equal opportunity

Training is delivered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or political affiliation or belief.

The instructor

Instruction is delivered by Richard Carfagna, principal of Team Amplified. He has spent nearly thirty years in business — fifteen in medical sales, ten in commercial construction, and five across other industries.

For the past year he has applied generative AI to the back-office work of an active construction business: proposals and estimates, change orders, subcontractor bid packages, daily reports, marketing and advertising. The courses are taught from that first-hand use — real workflows in a working business, not classroom theory.
